When trying to add condition, will get the error message

Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

I checked the log but can't find anything.

Hi Charles,

What is your SugarCRM and AOW version?

Are you using MSSQL or MySQL?

Can you send a screen shot of your full workflow view showing the conditions/actions?

Thanks,

Will.

try going to admin->repair then do a 'quick repair and rebuild', when it finished scroll down to the bottom of the screen and execute any changes required for the database.

If it still doesn't work after that check you sugarcrm.log and find the query that is failing and post it here
