Telephone Support
Provided from 9-5 (Mon-Fri), telephone support offers direct access to product specialists who will be able to assist you with your query.
This is not a call centre. Support is delivered by our own support analysts who are experts in SugarCRM and who are patient, courteous and diligent.
IM Support
You can also use your Instant Messenger of choice to contact the support team to get an instantaneous dialogue with an expert.
SugarCRM Support Portal
SalesAgility has integrated SugarCRM with a web based support portal for customers.
For all issues that arise outwith normal support hours, we provide a secure, password protected, Internet based system to record and progress customer's problems. Customers can update their own issues and upload files like screenshots and error logs. New issues are assigned a priority and a deadline for resolution is automatically calculated. Customers are notified by email of all updates as issues progress. All updates to an issuesare also recorded on the support portal so customers get a complete record of the status of all their issues.
Remote Desktop Support
In some instances, taking control of a users' desktop or inviting a user to share a screen and showing them the correct path through a problem is the best way to deliver support. We use a variety of tools to deliver this.
Email Support
Support is also available by email. All emails are logged in SugarCRM Cases. This also creates and updates Issue history in the Support Portal.
Remote Server Support
If you are running SugarCRM on your own servers we use a number of tools and techniques to deliver remote server administration and SugarCRM support.
