SugarCRM Bootcamp is the fastest way for an SME to ensure that their SugarCRM implementation is optimum and that staff get the training that they need to get up and running - quickly, professionally and properly.
SalesAgility has seen some truly awful SugarCRM implementations over the years. Mostly by well intentioned people who don't have previous experience of SugarCRM. If the data and process architecture is not thought out properly at implementation time, then problems accrue over time. A bad implementation is often worse than having no CRM at all.
SugarCRM Bootcamp is a 2 day engagement designed for a maximum of twelve people. SugarCRM Bootcamp can be delivered virtually using webconferencing.
DAY 1
Deployed “out-of-the-box”, SugarCRM is a large and complex application. There are likely to be a significant number of fields and processes within the application that deliver no value. There will also be SugarCRM processes that need to change in order to meet the business needs of client companies and field customisations that support these processes.
SalesAgility uses a Rapid Application Development (RAD) process to drive out, model, test and approve changes throughout the SugarCRM application. At this level changes are contextual and address redundant fields, required new fields, language mapping and process tailoring. No software engineering changes are required during customisation.
SalesAgility deliver a one day intensive workshop to model and shape SugarCRM. The workshop is facilitated by a SugarCRM expert and should be attended by the executive sponsor and senior management.
At the end of the Workshop, SugarCRM will have changed substantially. It will be fully configured for all the major functions such as sales, marketing, support, Webform integration and email Marketing campaigns. All the users will be defined and a security policy implemented.
SugarCRM will be process and culturally attuned to your organisation. SugarCRM will be “good to go”.

DAY 2
We break training deliverables into one-hour modules and schedule staff onto training segments according to their needs. Some modules (such as core concepts and navigation) may have to be delivered more than once but line-of-business focused modules such as Opportunities can be delivered to the staff most affected.
This is another intense day of training. We ask course delegates to start using SugarCRM as soon as they have finished training. We design the day so that the last hour is for a SugarCRM surgery where users can ask questions specific to their own use of SugarCRM.
At the end of Bootcamp your company has a fit SugarCRM and personnel fit to get the most from it.
