Open Source thrives on community. Without the army of volunteer software engineers and consultants that support individual Open Source projects, open Source as a construct would die.

SalesAgility are committed to being good Open Source citizens. This means:

  • Donating code back to projects where possible
  • Assisting in the technical forums giving free technical and process advise
  • Maintaining high professional standards that reflect well on Open Source
  • Reporting bugs and delivering bug fixes where possible

As a demonstration of our commitment, SalesAgility has, since 2006, been the lead authors of the SugarCRM Open Source Training project. We have written and donated training manuals for:

  • SugarCRM 4.5 User
  • SugarCRM 4.5 Marketing
  • SugarCRM 4.5.1 User
  • SugarCRM 4.5.1 Marketing
  • SugarCRM 4.5.1 Sales
We are currently updating all our training materials to SugarCRM 5.0 and will donate these to the project too. So far, our training materials have been downloaded more than 6,000 times.
